Hermit crab switching shells

Hermit crbs are crabs carrying shells on their body like turtles. But while on birth, they do not have shells and after birth, they select molluscan shells for their shelter. Not very often you get to see this. Hermit crabs change shells usually when molting and they begin to outgrow the one their living in.
